Great price and location. The most family friendly place we stayed at during our Chile trip - right down to the heated pool - WITH KID TOYS (pool floaties, noodles!). Best continental breakfast. Great WIFI. Able to have an hour long phone call sorting out flight issues. Staff are fluent in English and very helpful. Very helpful to have restaurant on site with accommodating hours.

It’s one of the main hotels in punta arenas and it has all you need. Breakfast is good and the staff is always at your disposal. Amazing service when I had to extend my stay for one extra day and my luggage was left there from Antarctica

Not fancy, but the hotel delivers at a fair price in comfort, quiet, and access to the waterfront and some of the best restaurants. Easy walk to the main plaza and other restaurants. Great for people on adventure travel: birding, trekking, wildlife.

Average buffet breakfast and coffee (grain/percolator or in automated machine) barely palatable. Rooms are nice and clean, beds and linens comfy. Management has made some efforts to modernize (nice and efficient plumbing fixtures in washroom) but furniture seems dated.

Location, location, location. Got a room with sea view and did not disappoint. A bit loud however, but the view is worth it. Staff is very friendly and place is very clean in general.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful when trying to book excursions. The room was clean spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection however the coffee machines were not working on both mornings but instant coffee was available. The hotel was well situated to explore the area.

My wife left her glasses at the hotel and when we came back a week later they were at the reception.

Comfortable, warms room and cosy, good internet connectivity. Nicest rooms are seaward facing (if you can get them!).
